    I'm going to check out the cost of doing it here. Try to design it myself, Source the materials and find someone who can do the fabrication.

    If you want them in Alloy - which I would think would reduce the weight also try Ken at Aluminium Engineering on the Northern Beaches.

    That's a thought, but how would that be for strength? I've bent the OE bumper so it almost stops the rear door from opening. Don't want to build something that'll just bend again.

    The rear quater on that side is bent too harry. I dropped off a shelf, about 3 foot I think and landed in the wrong spot. Also got a nice dent in the front diff housing that day.

    It has nothing to do with bumpers, though.......
