Best product to remove light scratches

Had a great day out today putting the Disco in its natural habitat today around Newnes plateau. Though we did end up down some narrower tracks than hoped, and a few unwanted go faster stripes along the side of the car :-(
There are also a few smaller but slightly deeper scratches that I'd love to shift.

Is there any product out there you guys would recommend for this?

Rub some vegetable oil into it and it will disappear. Cosmetic only, and temporary.
Hard to offer other advice without knowing how deep etc.

I'm going to give Meguires Scratch-X a go. I don't have anything deep but just more than Meguires "Wet Look" polish can do. "Wet Look" isn't much of a polish, it's more of a sealer.

I have used this as well as 'fine cut'

    FINE-CUT CLEANER | Meguiar's

works well for those fine surface scratches.

I have used that, but really it doesnt seem to do anything. I just wax over the sratches and you can hardly tell. Im afraid sratches are a way of life off road, im no expert in that regard, but i have already got some.
