Rub some vegetable oil into it and it will disappear. Cosmetic only, and temporary.
Hard to offer other advice without knowing how deep etc.

Had a great day out today putting the Disco in its natural habitat today around Newnes plateau. Though we did end up down some narrower tracks than hoped, and a few unwanted go faster stripes along the side of the car :-(
There are also a few smaller but slightly deeper scratches that I'd love to shift.
Is there any product out there you guys would recommend for this?

						a hammer
with big dings in it you will never notice the light scratches
you're welcome....
I'm going to give Meguires Scratch-X a go. I don't have anything deep but just more than Meguires "Wet Look" polish can do. "Wet Look" isn't much of a polish, it's more of a sealer.

I have used this as well as 'fine cut'
FINE-CUT CLEANER | Meguiar's
works well for those fine surface scratches.
I have read and heard where using a clay bar will help...not sure as I haven't used it.
