Is the mainshaft intact?
Yep, appears to be, I have not pulled completely out of the housing, but the only issue I can find is the input shaft has a bit of play, maybe due to the front bearing failure, maybe due to a failure further inside dont know. No swarf in the box and no visible damage to gears etc.
Transfer case looks ok, cannot see any major issues with it but have not pulled apart yet, on tomorrows list to check, anything in particular I should look for?

Well gearbox is on its way today from Ashcroft with TNT so should see it in a few days.:D:D

According to TNT tracking was in Liege,Belgium last night at TNT distribution hub.

Now in Perth and has cleared customs, so maybe Monday???

Box arrived today via TNT with no problems or hold ups, now to fit it.
