if you still have the old shocks try comparing the length and travel to the new ones .

its possible they have just supplied the wrong ones. if shocks run out of travel they either destroy themselves or rip the shock mounts off eventually----not good.

if you were closer to me i could have pulled my shocks off to compare the two. they are not hard to fit or remove.
