Sorry Henry, it's not a pdf, it's one of those IE based programs that you actually install onto your system. Unfortunately I can't find the CD at the moment. I'll keep looking and if it turns up I'll burn you a copy. In the mentime, you could always call Karcraft and ask them for one. They didn't have any problem sending it to me (for free).

8O That's alot of money for a bit of aluminium !
Have a bashplate, steering guard, stump protection thing on my series I made for about $20. It's not a masterpiece and yeah it's steel not al. but if someone took time it could look like that photo (there is an aluminium look paint), be still be a much cheaper propersition and MUCH stronger.
Only reason I put one of them on is I almost cleaned up steering rods about 2 months back on concrete stump things someone put across a the main track where we launch onto the beach. Scary moment considering I was more than a few k's from help if I had to limp back with a injured vehicle.
So I got the local metal guy (with whom I'm friendly) to cut me up a 7mm steel plate and some brackets (75x75 angle). All I did was weld it into shape, mounted it under the front so it hung between the chassis rails neat (1mm clearance each side) and threw some paint at it. The plate locks in under the bullbar so it's continuous protection right back to just before the diff housing. Works very goodly so far and didn't cost much.
Just thought a different approach might interest someone. 8)
