Ok Intelliride seems like the go because of its reliabilty and use in the commercial OEM sector, its customization and abilty to be engineered properly is the main reason for the choice. There is a new version ECU just released and we will be using this as it is tweaked and will be compatible with the Wifi remote/app soon when its released.

It does only have 3 height settings currently but they are working on this to and will get 4 or 5 heights soon (reflash ECU) you can also manually raise/lower the front, rear and each side seperatly as needed

Guys I have the AccuAir system as supplied in the full AirbagMan kit. Mine is 2 yrs old so maybe there are newer models, but it has 3 preset settings which you can make any height you like between min and max, plus a dump all function (bumpstops), plus the ability to adjust each corner up and down individually.

It also can self level (startup and/or continually) or you can turn these actions off which I do, as I find it annoying.

Never had any issues whatsoever with it.

The AB Man kit incl. AccuAir is excellent - I recommend it. Bruce Davis in Annagrove Sydney installed mine and they are a great team to work with.

Heard good things about the Accuair too.

I saw your truck all done at Davis Performance one day, it was the inspiration for running aftermarket airbags on my LSE getting built, very good quality and neat!

    Have you engineered it yet?

The adjust each corner individually function is this only with handbrake on?

The AB Man kit is an engineered system.

I have earthed the handbrake sensor so I can adjust on the fly for Off-Road trail use

If anyone needs any advice or experience accounts of the set up, welcome to PM me.

    All the best, Gav

When you say its an engineered system does that mean an engineer built it or approved it, and if approved is this just in QLD or Nationwide?

Engineer we are working with was very specific, unless you want to do a swerve test at your offroad height, it must have an auto drop down feature to lower level at highway speed (say over 90kph for 10 seconds for example) Not just rely on imperfect human to remember to adjust.

The Accuair doesnt auto drop down, or i would be going that route.

Also must have visual warning lights if there is a problem with the system which I believe both systems have.

As blackrangie has suggested, the Air Bag Man (ABM) system may have been designed by an engineer and certified on a vehicle by an engineer. However I would be checking with ABM to see if the kit comes with an engineers certificate for your vehicle.

I know that in NSW, there are no type approvals for suspension or brake modifications so every vehicle has to be individually certified by an engineer who is an RMS authorised signatory.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    Thanks for that much appreciated

I would hook that up to a switch with a visible "onlight" or even to the low range lever or CDL so that individual corners cant be accidently bumped or adjusted onroad at speed

I also worked a solution with LRA and Airbagman to auto drop the Accuair system to level 2 at a certain speed, PM me for details.
