Thread: Throttle cable 94 rangie

Anyone know if this treaded cable goes all the way through the rubber coating up to the firewall . Im hopeing to shorten the complete cable by 30 cm
Im needing to modify for a custom fittment . I will use a screw on cable end on the inner like the pushbike type and the original wind on adjuster/bracket fitting pictured on the outer but 30cm further along the cable .

Dunno but a D1 300TDi cable fits the same at the firewall end and is a fair bit shorter.
