    READ above.

I'm missing something here. The wiring diagram has nothing about the rear wipers or washer. My manual has nothing about the body at all so I don't know what I'm supposed to have missed.

I've read above and I saw your more recent post about having a County which you can photograph.

Please explain what I can't read.

It's not Easter yet. I could look tomorrow if I can work out how to remove the dash (which I want to do - just for a look).

    Ron,
Don't worry about removing the dash. I have just done it and it was one of the worst jobs I have done- htere is always another screw hiding that needs undoing and it is about the last thing that gets removed- need to remove sides and top of dash, instrument cluster etc before you can even think about taking off the vertical facsia. I'm just glad I am not putting mine back in but making a custom front for it. Cheers,
    Pullsy

I've just been sorting out the problems with my rear wiper on the County (seized motor - now fixed).

The workshop manual doesn't show the wiring diagram but by judicious use of a multimeter and some knowledge of how they work, I've nutted out the diagram.

Then I had a bright idea, check the Defender workshop manual.

Would you believe the wiring diagram is identical for the wiper/washer.

So Pullsy, if you haven't got yours sorted yet, let me know and I'll give you a step by step guide to working out where the wires go on the switch.
