    R380 damaged (NEW) friction plate

    Hey guys not sure how it was damaged probably my fault. Anyway should I discard this one or can I get away with it?

    Do you think it was damaged while you've been trying to fit it?


    Or from poor storage?


    If the latter, I'd be using it as long as you know for sure it hasn't been bent.

    I think I may have dropped something on it or I've somehow nicked the flywheel. It's one of those 50/50 calls. Don't really want to fork out the dollars for a new one, but then I don't want it to fail, and have to re do the clutch in 6 months.

    Nicked the flywheel? Or clutch plate.


    If that's all that's damaged on it, it'll be fine.
