Eventually. I got to get the efi Motor first.

TuffRR (who doesnt hang around hee much) will be installing it sometime on his EFI 4.4 (3.5 efi system/heads on a 4.4 block). Cost around 200 - 300 for the computer and building. When he installs it i'll try to get more info etc & pics.

It seems ok to do, you just have to work out which sensors to use.

Supposebly use V6 Turbo Calibra injectors, and other assorted holden / ford sensors.

    Try this link

yeah that popeye bloke is me.

i'm using the calibra injectors as i got 6 brand new for $100 and they are the same fit as the vk bosch injector. good for 200hp. Dont know if they will fit the 3.5 rail. I'm using them on a 202.

if you shop around you can get v6 commi injectors for around $20 each. again dont know if these will fit the 3.5.

not too many sensors to worry about. just use gm stuff and configure the unit to suit. The hardest and only real expensive bit to find will be the efi manifold and throttle body. dont worry about fitting swirl pots, just go a small surge tank.

if you want to check the unit and software out your welcome to drop by and have a look. I'm local in mordialloc.

    Cool.

I am contemplating / researching doing it, but it wont be for ages the way my $$$ are going.

I will be doing it to a 3.5EFI with a dodge AFM, so insteaf of buying a 2nd hand one at about $500, that will almost cover the cost of converting with new sensors etc.

I have a mate who is a bigger Volvo Nut than me.
He is converting a Bosch D-Jet 1974 Volvo to Megasquirt.

So far it is running and goes well.

dave - you wont need any afm. Thats one of the best things with the ms.
also good for 20 pounds of boost if you want to go sick
