Go to your local ARB stealer, purchase an adapter for an ARB?? bar. Take said adapter to your local engineering/welding chappy and ask him to lop off some of the ARB?? connector bit, slot a piece of 20mm rod, adequately weld same to original blob of steel and viola!!

I've just taken delivery of a '94 Rangie that has 4 pieces of oblong tube welded (two to rear on Haymen Reece towbar and two on ARB bullbar) to vehicle with a nut permantly welded to one side of tube and S/S bolt made into large wing nut top that screws through the tube and then located through the hi-lift (to stop it falling out). I havn't tried it yet but looks professionally done (Graeme Cooper Automotive in Sydney I believe did the work). Also can upload picture if I knew how.
