Chris, ORGER ENGINES in Scorsby Road Bayswater should be able to do it.
Everyone knows of them, as when I tell people they say, "oh the joint opposite the Adult shop "

Got a 2002 D2 TD5 and had the whistling noise between 2000-3000rpm now for few mths and pulled the heat shield off for a look today. Missing 1 front stud and back 2 nuts so guess that's the problem.

Any feedback on having this repaired South of Perth(without getting reared) or even a source for machined/exchanged/new manifold and I will try myself. I hope there could be new products/methods out there to eliminate future reoccurrence which members might know about. I think I have read most of the up to date posts on dewebbing, machining, ceramic coating etc.

Thanks in advance for any comments. Cheers.

Hey mate I'm in Perth but can't help on where to get the labor done as I did my manifold myself and it's a fairly easy job to do as mine was the same as your squeaking at higher rpm...

mines been on for nearly a year now and drive it daily aswell as use it for towing quite abit what I ended up doing was souced a second hand warped manifold got it faced by a machine shop dewebbed and enlarged the 8 out side stud holes and then had it ceramic coated inside and out so far so good. For me the ceramic coating was the most expensive part of the job but think its well worth it.
