    The 2015 Centre diff, as you can see quite a departure from the good old days of strength engineering...;

    Hi Justin,
    So how is the customers feedback with the centre ATB in? Has it made noticeable difference the driveline slack?

    Ashcroft ATB

    I checked the website last night 395 pounds, about 900 dollars.

    I bought mine a year or so a go when the rate was more favorable, its going into the disco transfer case to be fitted soon.
    There's 2 different types one for defender transfer cases and one for the later disco transfer cases; from the man himself;

    There are 2 types of LT230 ATB, the difference is the spline diameter for the hi/lo hub, to work out which one is required pls see here :

    Regards Dave Ashcroft.

    Just confirming that the abomination is not present in the 2013 model. Fitted the other ATB today to a 2013 90 and it still had the old style 4 pin centre diff. Emailed Ashtrans last night and Dave said it was strange also that they had bothered to change something so late in production..

    Interesting. Thanks for the heads up. Can I assume my 2009 would still have the 4 pin setup (fingers crossed)?

    Wow!! Why take what was known to be a weak link in the LT230 (especially when left out off road), and make it weaker again!! Idiots!! The LT is a strong box when set up correctly, and if I still had the 101 with the Cummins, I'd have been fitting one of these. Gone to hub reduction axles now and a Transfercase the size of a Tdi!!
