Fitting a fuel filter
hi all,
Have replaced all oil & air filters on the disco yesterday. Decided to flush the fuel filter in case of water in the trap (it's a diesel) and then realised I haven't changed the fuel filter as yet since owning it (18 months). It looks straight forward enough, I was just wondering if you have to clamp the fuel lines or not to stop the fuel flowing all over the place, or is it just the fuel in the line that would flow out?

Its very easy, unscrew the filter first to loosen it, get a small icecream container and hold it underneath then unscrew it.(the icecream containe ris in case some drips out ) very easy.
