    Just a new gear (part no. FRC9392) Presuming it's a 45 tooth count one 0.996 ratio. Also inspect the centre selector gear teeth for any corresponding damage.

    Can anyone explain whats different on the lt95 transfer sump cover when there is a winch mount setup .
    Im assuming its completely different if it was taken off this box to go with the pto parts .

    A standard sump is just a flat alloy plate, the winch one is a deep one which houses the PTO drive setup. When you remove the winch/pto the sump bit comes with it (and the drive gear and chain of course).
