I can't help with the tyres you mentioned but I can tell you that you can get the General Grabbers from Arctic Cool Treads for about $230. Don't know if that helps, but it's a lot less than $400 from the dealer.... :roll: :roll:

Rosco, I just spoke to a tyre dealer friend of mine who
made a phone call to Falkon Aust, and was told,
"We dont import these tyres into Aust" as the compound is too soft,
and quality doesn't come anywhere close to Aussie conditions
Some dealers do "Parallel Importing", there is no warranty from Falkon
Australia at all.
Thats most likely why they are $100 cheaper

I was talking with the Qld importer/distributor :?: They had a stack of them. Looks like some further investigation is required [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif[/img] [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif[/img]

not Falkon Australia

Ask what warranty the dist will give

F/Aust won't give warranty on a tyre that they dont import
