    No idea what stag is but given I've just cleaned the 1" BSPT thread on my 2.25 petrol and about to put the Welch plugs back, is that a job for stag?

    Its a multi purpose fuel/gas/water resistant sealer.

    They are perfect jobs for Stag... or, stag is perfect for those jobs...

    Stag is a rusty coloured magical goop that one mastered will allow you to conduct a number of minor miracles when it comes to making things seal.

    one of its key niceities is its rust coloured so it fits right in on most old iron engines.

    can be gotten from auto pro, good supercheaps, autobahn, ive seen it in bunnings, and mitre 10. Large truck shops carry it

    Can I just smear some stag around the non threaded Welch plugs too, or put those in dry?
