    TPMS

What's a good brand of tyre pressure management system. Looking at buying a set for the 6by before I head west next month. Don't want to lose any of my Michelins on the way.
    Cheers......Brian

Are you looking for a system with a dedicated TPMS display or are you going to use a (Android ?) Tablet ?

That's what I have heard too, in reality you only have to save 1 tyre and it's paid for. Tyre Dog is one type I am looking at.

Watching with interest. Have folks wth the screw on sensors/cap experienced theft or damage off-road. If using the internal sensors- how are they held in and am wondering if anyone has experienced them coming adrift inside the tyre.

I have the Safety Dave 8 sensor version (similar, but with rotating tyre display (pun not intended). I place a piece of 19 mm poly pipe over the external sensors when I go bush - neat fit, and previously suggested here.
So far excellent for my D2a and tandem caravan.
Only hassle is taking off sensors to deflate or pump up tyres.

I now have the PressurePro system on my Defender and I cannot fault it. It's a Rolls Royce solution and the head unit is a little large for some tastes but it's so simple and I haven't had any problems in nearly a year of solid operation. The ease of tyre pressure changes completely sold me (you basically do nothing at all - perfect for a lazy bugger like me).

I have the screw-on sensors and have never had a problem with the sensors being damaged off-road with this or the previous unit I had (I really thought I would but it has completely surprised me).

I haven't had any sensors nicked yet (nearly two years in total) but I've probably just been lucky.

Yes interested, I get my std valve caps pinched all the time when at the boat ramp.
