Find out what the stock 300tdi turbo is then search for "turbo beanie" on ebay and scroll through until you find one to suit it. I just had a quick look and there are heaps to suit all different turbos. If you know what type you are looking for it should be pretty easy to get one.

I dont think you'll find one dedicated for 300tdi, when i bought mine the T20 turbo was listed together with T25, T30 and others like in this listing T3 Titanium Turbo Blanket Heat Shield Barrier Turbo charger Cover Wrap 2016 high | eBay without being named T3 but AFAIK this T3 type is the smallest on the market and just a bit large for the T20... i adjusted mine from the springs as to not disturb the wastegate rod without cutting it.
... if you watch this T3 Turbo Blanket Glass Fiber Turbine Turbo Chargers for T2 T25 T28 GT30 T35 | eBay is named also T3 and it appears good for T2 too which i suppose means T20 and that's the size of what on 300tdi is fitted(which actually is a GT20 type but G is from Garret not referring to size)
