Here's my recollections from messing around putting 300tdi era CV's etc in the county (sort of reverse of what you are trying to do).
To convert county front end to 300tdi cv's I just replaced everything outboard of the swivel housing with 300tdi (including the rotor) and it all bolted onto the early county housing and swivel, with the county solid caliper.
You've probably already come across the fact that the early hubs had a wider bearing spacing. I think that's likely related to the difference in disc mounting face position and therefore disc offset.
I'd pretty much bet the 300tdi vented brake disk isn't the same offset and won't work with the earlier hub. Haven't tried it though.
County solid front disc from early hub definitely isn't the same offset as 300tdi hub solid rotor. Not sure whether vented ones are likewise affected.
Wheel bearing nuts are the same, as are wheel bearings themselves, RTC3511 hub seals, bolts that hold the stub on, and lock plate/mudshield.
Pretty sure the outer circlips and shims are same as its the same spline for thick/thin early/late flanges.

Think the drive flange bolts are P/N 279146 but needs confirmation.
Have you considered picking up a Perentie front axle as a parts donor for the early hub bits (even if you didn't want to risk unknown history CV's)?
