    Anybody got D3 fuel stats

    Hi folks, has anybody got fuel stats for D3 V6 compered to the D3 diesel.

    I’m after L/100km and size of the tanks and likely range of each.

    probably because the poor little motor has to push nearly 3 tonne.

    simply really as has been said the V6 has to work harder than the V8
    (example not real figures) at 100ks the V6 is doing 3500 revs but the V8 is doing 2500 revs. Hence less feul is being used.
    Same as with the 3.5 V8 and the 4.6 V8
    95 300 Tdi Defender 90
    99 300 Tdi Defender 110
    92 Discovery 200tdi
