    My vote is safe but the rated capacity is greatly reduced, from memory 1200kg instead of 3500kg

    Its a Hayman Reece part. Rated up to 2000kg. I don't think thats how Hayman Reece intended it to be set up though as it puts a lot more force through the bolts than as shown.
