    Duratrac

I am putting 245/75/16 OR duratracs on very soon. My General Grabber AT2 looked quite aggressive next to my Maxxis Bravo751 ....but check out how they look compared to the Duras...

You often don't realise the difference in aggressiveness between AT styles until side by side. (Same size tyres)

I've heard good things about the Duratrac, they look like they would be a great touring tyre and they have a fantastic carcass under them also.
    Cheers

My set of duratracs 235x85r16 lasted about 65k, they handled great on and off road but are prone to punctures side wall and tread. I had 3 punctures and 2 side wall tears (one tear would of happened to any tyre though) over that distance, with enough tread left for another 10k.
They bag out great when aired down.

I have heard they can be tender but most of that is from the US and often the Jeepers insist on C rated to keep their 'ride comfort' ( as though Jeep' s have such a thing...)..

Great tyre. My coworker runs them on his GQ patrol. So I park next to him with my Wrangler MTRs DuratracDuratrac

I ran them on my D2, loved them. The new owner, who is a mate of mine loves them too.

I've put them on my D4 (Different size obviously) and so far been very very happy.

I have them and love them. My son also had them on his P38.
After he purchased a county he has converted is P38 back to a road car which meant road tyres.

As his Duratracs have only done about 10,000km, I purchased them from him.

    I am running 265/75/16

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

Just fitted a set in 265/75 jazzman. They're pretty good on road, slight hum. Haven't tried them off-road yet
