    Tightened mine (original bolts and bushes by the looks of it), still a clunk. Will replace bushes/ bolts and ball joint when the parts arrive to see if that fixes it.

    Q: when pulling out the A frame/replacing bolts and bushes & ball joint, can it be done as parked? Or do I need to jack and place axle stands on diffs or chassis?

    FWIW when I've ever dropped the A frame i supported the chassis on chassis stands.

    Thanks Pat & Rick.

    Replaced upper A frame bushings and A frame ball joint/fulcrum (as parked, no jacks) on my MY11 Defender 90 last night. My rear end clunk when releasing the clutch/taking off etc is now gone.

    ++++++++++++++++++++
    Parts used were -

    - Rear A Frame Bushes - SuperPro SPF0128AK (you get 2x bushes & sleeves + grease in this kit)
    . . - Original bolts were in perfect condition, so re-used them (and Paddocks sent the wrong bolts)

    - Rear A Frame Ball Joint - Paddock item no DA1129ULTRA (includes fulcrum and ball joint - (note, my order did not include castellated nut, split pin & washer. It was also not fully drilled for the split pin, only 3mm deep.. waiting to hear back if this is normal and will update post))
    . . - New bolts - Paddock item no 253952
    . . - New nuts - Paddock item no NY608042

    ++++++++++++++++++++

    Some photos showing new vs old etc.

Quick response from Paddocks and full refund or replacement offered. I took the full refund as I re-used nut/washer/split pin and drilled the hole myself.))
