any one heard of ZF pan bolts snapping and stretching ?

I though I'd put it out there and ask, A customer contacted me and wanted the bolts for the ZF trans pan. He claims they break and stretch.
Having replaced a few ZF filters I have not heard of this, and if they stretch and snap then they must be excceeeeeding the torque up buy miles. I could be wrong though

Tell him to put the rattle gun away and use a torque wrench instead.

He told me it was a common fault as the bolts are made of aluminium. He mentioned that other sellers sell the ZF Auto filter kits with new bolts.
The only ones I could google with bolts are ZFs kits for BMWs. , never heard of Land Rover ZFs in Disco1 & 2 needing bolts.
    Thanks for confirming

I snapped a bolt in my D4 when fitting a steel sump. The gearbox threads were corroded from the original bolts and I hadn't cleaned the threads with a tap prior to fitting the new bolts but then removed them all to clean the threads. The new bolts for the metal sump are stainless steel which are quite soft.
