Take a look at boss air.
They have the px07 and the px02
I have the px07 mounted under the tray of my 130.
It is rather large so won't suit everybody.
    Both are rebuildable.
    Mine takes 1min 25sec to fill a 9 litre tank to 135psi

I just bought a Boss PX07 and I'm quite impressed with it. It takes about 3min to inflate a 35" tyre from 15 to 40 PSI at engine idle. They are a true 100% duty cycle which I think is very important. It doesn’t seem to work hard or get very hot even after inflating four of my tyres in a row. They are huge and quite expensive, but my last ARB compressor failed in the middle of the VHC and I've seen other later model ARB compressors including the dual one see fail without warning for various reasons.

    Compressor

Don't be deceived by the advertising drivel re 200 PSI etc. (when did you last pump anything up to 200 PSI on your Land Rover)
Take more of a note of the CFM and the duty cycle the AOB unit only runs at 1.76 CFM at 0 Psi the single ARB compressor runs at 3.08 CFM
Not an ARB fan boy and have had a couple of the single cylinder units fail but they are dirt cheap to fix and they are a very well made unit.
I run a total of 3 ARB compressors in the Defender one for diff locks and the other 2 for airtank and rear suspension (adjustable while moving)
Plenty of redundancy and it works a treat

The boss unit looks the goods, pretty big though. I hadn't noticed the low flow-rate of the AOB compared to the others. Definitely need good flow rate to 50psi rather than being able to pump to 200psi, I use a 75-100psi regulator. I'll have to see where I could mount the large Boss jobbie and maybe go that route if it fits somewhere dry. Being under the tray is what I suspect has killed the existing pair last couple of trips have involved numerous bogholes deeper than bonnet height.

I've just ordered the Boss PX-07, looks like a good flow rate without too steep an electrical cost. I plan to mount it inside my canopy, it will fit in some dead space adjacent to the fridge. I think I'll need to make an air manifold to mount the pressure switch, the solenoids for the two airlockers and connectors to the reservoir tank and air outlets. At present they're all mounted on the little ARB compressor plus a heap of T-pieces in the lines. Might be able to tidy it all up when I fit the new unit.

I think you won't be disappointed. I just hooked it up to my ARB wiring loom with th ARB relais, fuse & pressure switch and it works fine.

I spent today fitting up the new compressor. Mounted it inside my canopy so it gets clean air and doesn't get drowned like the previous pair; made use of some dead space above & behind the fridge.
An advantage of the little ARB one is that all the valves can be mounted on the compressor itself; I had to make up a manifold to go with this installation.
The reservoir tank is about 6.5 litres; the new unit took 1 minute 34 seconds to reach 100psi cutoff from dead empty- can't complain about that.
