CV,s replacing unis in series landies.

If one was to put an Ashcroft ATB into a series, one would have to replace the front shafts and diff as the ATB is only supplied in 24 spline.
The front shafts, inner, outer and uni are more or less one piece. I was thinking replace with the heavy duty CV joint instead with the appropiate inner.
    Anyone done this?

You could just run a TruTrack with the existing setup for minimal dollars.
