If you are a little handy they are not to hard to pull apart and service your self.
I did mine a few months ago. You cant go to far wrong
Hi guys,
My warn 9000 winch badly needs an overhaul.
I have a new cable and hook to attach and thought that I would get it properly serviced all at the same time.
Anyone got a good suggestion as to where to go to get good work done at a fair price? In Sydney by the way... and preferably not toooooo far from town.
Cheers,
Cameron

How far is tooo far..
Bruce The Winch Doctor sold out a couple of years ago to Macquarie 4X4, & works part time for Duncan, or used to anyway, so Windsor is a possibility.
I got my hi-mount serviced at Overkill in Hornsby a few months ago., no probs. Remnants of last years locust plague ended up in some strange places!

Sorry to Hijack, but has anyone here serviced a M10000 Warn winch? Are they easy enough to do? What would it cost to get a Warn Dealer to do it?
thanks John but I am definitely with Max on this.
Windsor and Hornsby are both a bit further away than I was hoping to have to go to (twice) if I can avoid it.
I am looking a lot closer to North Sydney area if possible. It may not be.
Any more suggestions please anyone
Cheers,
Cameron
