It's not so easy cos it's on more pages from RAVE, if you dont have RAVE start from here and next 4 pages: Land Rover Workshop Manuals > Discovery II > BODY CONTROL UNIT > DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION > Description > Page 1526

He can start engine but when he revs it it doesnt rev

If it's just idling and zero effect from the throttle it's most probably the throttle position sensor at fault

Either that or fuel pressure ( lack of ) or cam timing, oil in ecu

Sounds like ECU and sounds like pedal setting is incorrect.

You then need to completely disconnect the tool and reconnect to have it take (from experience)

He has nannocom, when he presses pedal the values change but engine doesnt rev.
