The pics do not really show up all that well - on the the bottom, guiding tracks are on the outside and fit into slots in the sensor - where your right red arrow is and a bit to the left of your left red arrow. There is nothing in between to provide interference where your middle red arrow is. The top two guides go into slots in the sensor.
All hard to visualise in the pics but obvious when you have both parts in front of you. I think that the LS Alternator plug should fit as it certainly seems to have the right guides in the right positions but there are some minor differences elsewhere that should not matter.
