Rock Sliders and Recovery Hooks for P38

Has anyone fitted rock sliders to the side of their Series 2 Rangie? I've done a few searches but don't seem to be able to find very much at all?

Also does anyone have info regarding fitting Recovery hooks onto the front of a P38 Rangie. I've talked to Opposite Lock here in Newcastle and they say they've had no experience fitting them as there aren't many P38 owners wanting to get their truck stuck. Also talked to All 4x4 Spares and they weren't able to give much guidance either, all they could suggest was possibly installing the hooks to the radiator sub-frame, which i'm not sure i like the sound of?

Not concerned about the rear as i just use the Hayman-Reece, but the front hooks seem to be a bit more of a mystery.

I asked the question at a RR Club meeting and was told by the 4WD instructor that the front hook is a rated recovery hook.
