TDV6 HP fuel pump pulley problem (not Land Rover)

I now have the pulley, Land Rover pn 131136 (thanks again BradC).
I'm hoping the young bloke will be available next weekend to go to Jollys with me to try and remove one in situ. The car is still running OK on two thirds of a belt (fingers crossed).
This weekend I'll make a tool to hold the pulley while the nut is undone. A guy at Ford mentioned a puller to remove the pulley from the camshaft, there's not a lot of room so a standard puller may not fit between engine & bulkhead.

Woko had made some tools after a similar problem with a LR TDV6 so I have some ideas.

A little more room there than on a disco but not much more, you won't a puller to get the gear off but will need a tool to hold it while you undo the bolt which iirc is 90nm.

I noticed there was no keyway or taper in the pulley so the nut is done up tight to hold it from rotating on the camshaft.
Purchased the steel to make a holder, a job for this weekend.

I also need to re-wind the tensioner. It's brand new but I need to rotate it and re-fit a pin, that way I only need a new belt once the pulley is fitted.

The pulley itself is 'interesting' looks like it's sintered powder rather than cast. A quick Google throws up that this is a common way to make timing belt pulleys.

I was wondering about the tensioner, i got a used fuel pump just in case and would reuse it if i could. Still 2 years away from replacement schedule so maybe the pump will last til then or i win the lotto :)
I had to replace that camshaft and only way for me to fit it without the body off was to assemble both pulleys on the shaft with seals and plastic cover and hope i could get it all in, sheared the key on the pulley when doing up the rear so had to replace the pulley too.

I found a YouTube video where someone re-set the tensioner.
It's just figuring a way to do it without damaging the surface that runs on the belt.

Re-torquing to 90Nm down that narrow gap sounds like fun.

Hopefully some practice at Jollys next weekend :)
