Swivel hub seal/CV - sage advice please

First off - i don't profess to know what a failed/ failing CV sounds like. I can only guess!

I noticed on the weekend the beast has created a new way of marking it's territory - small drops are coming from the LF swivel hub...

Today, when driving home, I noticed that when turning, it started sounding like i had changed from AT to MT tyres (a kinda rhythmic hum sound). Turning left or right - same sound. Nothing when going forward. Seems to come from the RF, but that could just be because it's the drivers side window that's down when I'm driving!

    1. I'm assuming it's related to the swivel hub/CV - advice/confirmation would be appreciated.
    2. If so, is it a matter of stop driving immediately? I have limited home repair facilities - to do it myself would require taking to a mated workshop about 25kms away.

    Thanks

That's what I needed! Simple, effective but forgotten in all my thoughts.
