Ute tub will fit, you may have to add some brackets but I don't think so - goes the other way I think.
Ute tub could be hard to find - there have never been very many sold here, nearly all 110s have been wagons or cab/chassis except army ones, and these are almost all still in the army. It may be easier to sell your wagon and buy a hardtop and convert this.
Wagon bits should be saleable if they are in good shape, doors in particular. Need to specify the door type when selling - push button or lift handles.
One of the recent threads under introductions gives pointers to getting soft top & hoops etc.
Depending where you live you may have legal problems, and i would check with your local authority before starting.
Interestingly, in 1998 I ran into someone in Tasmania somewhere - can't remember just where - who was driving a 110 that had been converted as you are planning by a previous owner - and then converted back again by him, using the same parts.
