will remapping a td5 improve economy

Depends. Mine is hard chipped ( no remap for mine ), and easily gets 10 km/l on the highway, loaded up. Around town not so much, as I tend to use the extra oomph from the chip with my right foot. Especially in the hills. Well, that's how I remember it.

when I had mine it wqs remapped and had diesel lpg fitted, it would go like buggery even with a 24 foot van on the tail
fuel, fill it up when low, better than a p38 rr

Meaning his is pre NNN ECU so it had to be sent away and have some wizardly magic work performed
