    tdi300 bottom idler on aircond belt

    anyone know the size of the bearing on the bottom idler on the tdi300 aircon belt, the one in the timing case cover i believe it is.

    or is it a complete assembly?

    mine has taken to choral reditions of a referree's whistle on heat.....

    it isnt the adustable one it is the fixed one further down on the timing case or do they use the same bearing?
    tried the links to the other forum but it goes nowhere dam it

    pretty sure it's a 6203 as well, Inc. Changed it out at the beginning of the year

    naa, thats the main fan hub bearing. I had to change the whole flipping timing case back in January, then was made aware of those bearings about four weeks later...... :roll:

    Just to be sure the tensioner pully bearing as rick130 says is the "6203" and not as I typed "6023". ops:

    it is a 6203 sealed bearing....

    not too hard to get out with every thing in place if you have little hands

    took all of twenty minutes max...
