diesel conversion.
I am getting to the end part of a tdi into range rover conv, the mechanical part was fairly straight forward, but, what i have is a mess of wiring from the old v8 injector system , so far i have only found one wire that is ""hot"" white on the left side of rangy,(maybe alternator?) and no wire to solenoid, can some one advise me on the electrics please, peter.

What year RRC? Most of those you just remove the entire V8 EFI loom and ECU, then extend the starter solenoid, alternator and oil switch wires. Power for the ignition coil can be used for the injector pump stop solenoid. If you want it neater you have to partly strip down the diesel engine loom and match the wires to the RRC loom under the dash.
