Your issue with your trailer is yours. If CAV, or VCAT, or any other body here in Vic had had similar complaints then you might have been taken more seriously. Now, that's not me being arrogant, that's me being realistic.

The laws in this country, and particularly for you, as you seem to be in Victoria, are geared to protect YOU. In Victoria you have a protection that is called an "Implied Warranty", that is a mandated warranty for an implied life of an item. CAV is NOT here to do your work for you though. You need to be involved. Moaning here isn't involvement.

I have a tribunal judgement against the defendant. You don’t get that without a fully detailed and documented case. However, to have any chance of collecting on the judgement order, I still have to spend more $$$ taking my case to court.

I stand by my original statement that CAV and VCAT are both toothless tigers!
