31" x 10.5 on a Rangie.
Just wondering if 31x10.5 wheels will fit on my standard (save for 2" suspension lift) classic Range Rover - or what modifications I may need to fit them. Thanks!

They will just nick the gaurds on full articulation, but with a bit of careful massaging it won't be a problem

Depending on the offset of your rims the places that I found they catch are the front left tyre will catch on the rear of the mud guard and fold it under, the right hand side will only touch if you hit something with speed and the rear wheels will get cut by the doors - this was without any guard cutting...body lift should have now solved these issues...just have to test it now
Even with a 2" suspension lift I still bent the front guards

I've got 31 x 10.5 BFG A/Ts on my '88. It has a 2" spring lift and sunraysia rims with 20mm (I think) extra offset. Fronts are no problem but the rears hit the guards. I've rolled the lip inside the rear guards which made a fair bit of difference but they still touch, mainly due to the extra offset I think. Reckon a 1" body lift will solve the problem. I had the same rims and tyres on my '84 2dr and never had any problems 4WDing as the rear guards on a 2dr are slightly larger, plus less meat inside the wheel well due to no rear doors. If you have standard offset rims you should be sweet - my Dad has BFG muddies in the same size on his '86 and has no problems. But I can't talk for any other brands of tyre...

I've got at set of brand new 31" muds (super swampers) on white steel wheels in the for sale section, $1000 I'll let you buy them and find out
agree with other my brothers rangie touched rear of the rear gaurds (quater panels) BUT it will still do this even after a lift (when it articulates) so you have to trim / massgae the corner of the guard even with a lift
