Relays in an 83 RR
Can anyone tell me what the 2 Lucas relays in the engine bay are for near the main fuses, i think they are for ignition and the other is to do with brake warning system or something. Am i correct?
Mine has been partially rewired and they have changed the color codes on me, could trace it all out but easier to ask.
Thanks Damien

Relays
Highly probable they are for the aftermarket aircon. That said, could be anything. An 83 RR shouldn't have relays in the engine bay as standard ( I don't mind being wrong of course). There might be one inside the cabin behind the fuse holder, but it might be a good time to trace all the changes you can see.

I found what they are for, 1 is starter relay, the other is for heated rear window and they are factory.
All engie bay wiring is now gutted, let the fun begin
