Actually the walk works out good.Im a keen vegie gardener,and after a while it gets to one in one out,free fertiliser.
Are you interested in a cauli / broccolli or lettuce,got plenty of them at the moment.

I am only carrying about 5 kilos extra. You can put the rest down to genes, nearly 6 and a half feet tall, pretty wide across the shoulders too. Hence the Rangie, not a Fender
