I can't tell by the avatar what sort of def you have. For all types, a boost gauge is good for an easy fit - you only need a extra t-piece to run it, and it's only air coming in. Using the boost gauge lets you know how hard you are pushing the engine - less boost, less fuel used.
As to volts - depends on how you use accessories
Oil - provided it is an electronic version and you can find the proper t-piece to fit it next to the standard one, then OK ( A further back up to tell if you overheat). Rigging the old fashioned type with an oil line into the dash isn't the best idea.
