Well i got it off and the new on is now in its place. I grinded inwards toward the diff then used a cold chizel to splay it out to give the locating pin room to move then i grinded a flat spot on the smaller diameter section the pokes out of the diff to locate the shaft, drilled a 10mm hole through it pointing from one wheel to the other (so across ways) then i put a bolt through the hole and tapped a cold chizel between it and the diff and it popped out, no problem, only took a few minutes. By far the easiest way if you dont need it to go back in. Matt
