Immo sync and injector codes are all that's needed, along with the correct tune.

Sort of why I asked. My MSB is allegedly chipped. It seems to go better than a stockie. But it was done when the car was new, I believe. Certainly pre my 2009 purchase. I'm sure someone like you can improve on matters.

Not doing it yet, but I didn't want to try and find a NNN, with the $$$ involved, if it didn't work.

MSB can easily be tuned as well.

If you go that way you are $500+ in front before you even start.

It does.

However I'm yet to see one that has been "chipped" that doesn't have a socket also.

So that means it's easy to pull one out and fit a new one.
