My ATF pump sprang a leak. Tranny out etc jobbie and expensive. I cant remember the bill though.
the leaks are getting worse on my trans there is one that is coming from between the bell housing and the transmission so guessing the input seal is leaking the underneath of the car is wet with trans oil, anyone had theres fixed and the cost?? I have 160 000 km on the car and plan on keeping for at least another 5 years

the seal is not expensive......but its a fair bit of labour.....
if you can do the job yourself it will save you a heap......
rang two landy specialists one was around three grand but that is for a full rebuild and I suspect it is the oil pump that is leaking as when the motor is running the oil is coming from the joint between bell housing and trans body the other was around $1500 which I presume is replaceing the seals. so will have a think of which option to go for but will take into account that I will be keeping it for at least 5 more years unless I win lotto

Just had mine done (bell housing seal leaking) - just over a grand for the job which included a tranny service.
