    Range Rover Classic wheel-bolts

What size are the wheel-bolts on the Range-Rover classic?
I've been trying to find a wheel-wrench after snapping the one that came in the standard toolkit (guess that's why they call it a breaker bar.....), but everything in Autobahn/Supercheap/Repco is way too small. Was tempted to buy a socket instead, but wasn't keen on the prospect of rounding the bolt edges out.

I think 27mm. Go to 4WD in Middleborough Rd, Blackburn South, opposite the Rugby ground, and get a sliding wheel brace. Check they have them first. 9890 0500.

I use an 18" bar with a 1/2" square drive and an 1-1/16" socket (that would be very close to 27mm, which Pete said).

The 1/2" square drive (on my bar), pivots about a roll pin (also called spring pin). To strengthen this I drove another roll pin inside the bore of the existing roll pin.

These have advantage over wheel braces and can be used for other stubborn bolts or nuts beside wheel nuts.
