Someone posted here in the distant past with some issues with LRA and it worked against him.

The direct approach is the best.

Ah no its not like that. They have been helpful (mind you, my Freeo has only done 40,000kms over 4yrs) ... but its just taking so long to get things fixed - still issues after 4 yrs that were reported 4yrs ago and 18mths ago.

Yeah I have been dealing with them direct and they have responded. It's not a case them being bad and not helping (they have been) ... but more the extended time frame.
