just bought an engel slide lock, it allows fridge to be clipped in and out once the frame is bolted to the floor, should be fitting it next week, so not had chnace to road test it yet.

We are 8 weeks into a trip and I located my 39 litre engel behind the drivers seat, basically sitting on a piece of ply running lengthways on the passenger side seat. It works a treat as it stops the kids getting out the dangerous side and is quite acessable. You do have to tilt the driver seat to open it. Normally it sits on the floor, as mentioned in a previuos reply, but this does take up 2 passenger floor spaces.
