    Thanks for the feedback folks...

    After heading up to Jenolan Forest this weekend and playing around in there, I think I'll get rid of them and put some decent side steps on that can take a pounding... I reckon the boards make me lose about 2" of clearance at least, and as I don't want to raise the vehicle, sticking some decent side steps on that are just under sill level, that can actually take the pounding from rocks, logs 'n' stuff is the best approach.

    Apparently the boards are an $1100 option when new, so I'll stick these ones on e-bay while they are still nice and straight!
