    Rubber steering coupling in Bushranger

After a little stuffing around, I have discovered that the rubber steering coupling in my Bushie is not a LR part.

This is the isolation rubber from the steering column to the steering shaft leading out of the firewall.

Does anyone have a clue what the hell it's off?

Not necessarily - with my new propshaft rubber coupling, it was an off-the-shelf industrial part. Made by the same company, just sourced from them, and not via LR. The generic industrial number should be on it somewhere, and it should be like ordering a new bearing if you need a new one

    What does it look like?
The Defender one is better designed than a Rangie one and has a slip joint incorporated in the shaft. I have a defender one in my Rangie.
The rubber coupling includes the shaft if it is a Rover part.
